HOW TO SEND A CARD
Below is a sample form with COMMENTS IN RED telling you how to fill out the form.
NOTE that if you click to receive a copy of the e mail message it will have YOUR e mail address on it.
The person who receives the card will get his or her own copy with his or her own e mail address on it.
When you receive your copy you will know for sure the message has been sent. You will not know if the person actually receives it because it might be dumped in a spam box or that person may delete the message without even reading it.
DO NOT bother to check the "Notify me when viewed" box if you are sending a card to someone with an @aol address because aol disables this feature and you will not receive a message when the card is viewed.
